Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. 

Orders are not secured until checkout is complete. The checkout is a single-page process and all major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. ⁠ 

Pace Prints does not offer framing for works purchased online. 

 

Sales Tax/Resale Certificates:

If you are a U.S. based business with an eligible resale certificate, and wish to have sales tax removed from your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours to ensure that information is on file at the time of shipping. 

 

Shipping:

This work will ship 5 business days after your order. Shipping and U.S. sales tax are calculated automatically based on shipping address.

Tracking numbers will be provided at the time of shipment. Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. Signature is required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact FedEx directly to reschedule shipment.  Any prints returned to sender will be forfeited. 

Shipping to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders and pickup at the gallery is not available. Foreign taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Works are insured by Pace Prints in transit. Should any damage be incurred during FedEx transit, clients must notify Pace Prints within one week of receipt for a claim to be processed.
